Roles & Resposibilities

E-learning developer -
- The e-learning developer takes the instructionally designed content (typically a storyboard or Word document)Created by the instructional designer and develops them into a functional online course using e-learning authoring software.
- Prepare learning materials for programs. Trainer -
- To deliver instructor led training in either a physical or virtually. Trainers deliver instructional content (designed by instructional designers) to learners.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
Requirements
- A degree in HR, education or training.
- Prior experience as a Trainer or a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills.
